SHIFTS YOU ARE APPLYING FOR: 38.75 hrs p/w; Tue 11:45 - 20:00; Wed 09:00 - 17:15; Thu 09:00 - 17:15; Fri 09:00 - 17:15; Sat 10:45 - 19:00

To be a successful Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritize outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets. About the Role:
  • Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house, and running the store when needed.
  • Manage a team to deliver excellent service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment where targets are met.
  • Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating, and inspiring your team to perform at their best is central to your leadership.
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team.
  • Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate at all times to meet business needs.
