About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will manage existing business accounts, develop new accounts, and handle customer service activities related to sales order processing.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage interactions with existing and new customer accounts within the marketplace.
• Research and gather market intelligence to generate, promote, and convert opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketing efforts to maximize market presence.
• Assist in producing technical quotations for supply proposals.
• Visit customers regularly to assess requirements and identify opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

• Technically and commercially savvy within a sub-contract engineering environment.
• Experience in Laser Cutting, CNC Forming/Bending, Welding, and Fabrication.
• Proven track record in servicing industrial sectors such as automation, energy, automotive, rail, defense, or construction.
• Excellent communication skills to maintain and build relationships.
• Ability to initiate customer contact and follow through to execution.
