Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving the region's and/or company’s sales targets
- Bring in new business at targeted market segments and/or regions
- Develop and deliver their market growth plan
- Develop specific account plans to achieve goals and exceed plan
- Prepare market revenue forecasts and support budget planning
- Promote and sell the products and capabilities in the market
- Develop new business in line with the market growth plan
- Maintain and monitor key performance indicators within CRM
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts
- Grow and manage a pipeline of potential clients
- Work closely with distributors and reps to fulfill business and prospecting needs
- Ensure deals in the pipeline gain velocity throughout the sales cycle
- Establish relations at all levels with customers during and after the sales process
- Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and decision makers

Qualifications:
Technical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Degree, preferably in engineering or sales management
- At least 10 years’ experience in electronic component sales, semiconductor experience advantageous
- Self-sufficient team player with a challenge-driven attitude
- Highly organized and driven
- Experience in client interactions, presentations, negotiations, and solutions
- Strong decision-making skills
- Experience resolving issues across multiple locations
- Ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally
- Excellent listening, verbal, numerical, and written skills
Planning and Decision Making:
- Develop yearly plans
- Update SFDC weekly
- Regular reporting for time maximization
