Responsibilities:

• Organize the Reliability Solutions sales structure and resources to support growth and set individual sales plans.
• Lead the Reliability Solutions sales team to execute sales strategies effectively.
• Collaborate with the Systems and Software leadership teams to strengthen our presence in capital projects and Industrial Software.
• Forecast monthly POR for the Reliability Solutions business.
• Develop marketing and promotional programs aligned with sales strategies.
• Enhance sales efficiency using tools like CRM.
• Manage Sales & Operations processes for resource planning.
• Work with internal and external sales teams to improve customer service and share product knowledge.
• Develop strategies to increase sales of solutions and software, including wireless technologies.
• Manage the Reliability Solutions ADC channel in the UK & Ireland.
• Perform export control and trade compliance screening.
• Manage time effectively to meet targets and critical metrics.
• Forecast and update business planning tools, including POR, quarterly, mid-year, and annual reviews.
