JOB PURPOSE
As the Reefer Sales Manager, you will drive the growth of our Reefer segment by developing and executing a targeted commercial strategy. You will oversee all reefer sales activities, identify market opportunities and strengthen customer relationships to maximize both revenue and market share. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams including Sales Support, Customer Care and Trade Management, ensuring optimal pricing, service, and overall customer satisfaction are achieved at every opportunity.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Flexibility to travel as required. This is primarily an External Sales (Business Development) focused role, with regular travel to meet with customers across the UK.
Full UK driving licence is required, due to extensive travel requirements.
