Job Description:

As the Sales Manager, you will play a vital role responsible for team performance and sales outcomes, aiming to increase the company's profit margins through sales by motivating the team and inventing new sales tactics.

You will create and develop business plans and strategies to expand the customer and candidate base to maximize additional income for the company. You will ensure effective methods are in place to achieve maximum productivity.

You should foster a working environment that encourages teamwork, energy, and creativity. Strong leadership and motivational skills, along with good communication skills, are essential to address customer and employee issues effectively.

As the Sales Manager, you will work closely with the Compliance Manager, Operations Manager, HR Manager, IT Manager, Accounts Teams, Business Development Manager, and the Managing Director to improve the working environment and business processes.

The goal is to strengthen and deliver margins to ensure the successful continuation of business operations.

The main responsibilities include:
