Tasks
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective aerospace clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  2. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure product specifications meet customer requirements and industry standards.
  3. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends within the aerospace component manufacturing sector.
  4. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of RBC's offerings.
  5. Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements, ensuring profitable growth while maintaining the company's values of integrity and respect.
  6. 50% travel to visit customers or teams.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and engineering within the aerospace industry.
  3. Minimum 5 years leading a sales team.
  4. Strong understanding of aerospace component manufacturing processes and products.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  6. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  7. Must reside in the UK and have a proven work history of aerospace component sales management.
