Job description

Sales Manager - Commercial Timber Frame
National Role - location flexible
Salary: 45,000 to 55,000 - flexible - plus car and benefits

This long term client has asked us to seek out a Sales Manager, with strong understanding of commercial projects - particularly school buildings with values 0.5M to 2M. They are a timber frame panelised structures manufacturer. Their commercial projects are often hybrid incorporating CLT and Glulam.

This is a well established large business with a nationwide reach, and ideally positioned to gain more work in the education sector, with their timber based solutions. There is a strong drive for reduced carbon, and for high quality, which they fulfil superbly. They additionally have the benefit of multiple manufacturing sites in key locations, which also brings additional appeal from potential clients.

The key to this role is to be able to bring good experience of selling school buildings to architects and specifiers as well as main contractors. Timber frame experience is ideal, though other forms of offsite / MMC solutions will be seriously considered - particularly modular buildings experience.
