A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Sales Manager for protective coatings. The role involves developing dealer relationships, with a potential for career progression. Ideal candidates should have sales experience, be fluent in Dutch and English, and possess a valid driving license for the Netherlands. A generous compensation package includes an annual bonus and company car.
Sales Manager- Protective Coatings
Remote - Preferably located in Rotterdam
€85,000-€95,000 + 28 Days Holiday + Annual Bonus + Company Car
Are you an experienced sales professional with a strong track record in coatings, paints, or a related industry? Do you see yourself stepping into a role with clear progression and long-term career growth?
This company is a market leader in their industry and expanding in the Dutch market. They have an established and growing dealer and distributor network across the Netherlands and Belgium, locations you will be working within. Product training is provided, but an understanding of selling coatings or paints is expected; technical experience is a plus but not mandatory.
You will have the opportunity to progress into more senior responsibilities, including expanding into new locations and a potential move into a General Manager position and beyond. They offer a strong bonus scheme, with the chance of earning up to 20% of your salary as an annual bonus.
The successful candidate will have sales and business development experience within a relevant industry, be personable, and possess strong communication skills in both English and Dutch. They should have a clear understanding and knowledge of the coatings industry, preferably in protective coatings.
