Sales Manager - Premium Country Club

I am recruiting for a fantastic fitness job in Reading. This is a superb Sales Manager opportunity for a high-end Golf & Health club. This is a fitness job not to be missed. We're looking for a Sales Manager who will lead from the front and by example. Someone who will relish the chance to meet and exceed both individual and team targets. Prior experience in sales within the health & fitness industry would be beneficial.

Our Sales Managers are ambassadors of our business, and we seek a driven individual who can inspire a team and deliver a great experience to our members and guests.

Collaborating closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for health & fitness membership sales within the club. You should have experience in a comparable sales environment, possess a sound knowledge of sales processes, and understand how to achieve targets.

This role is focused on hitting targets, building relationships, growing a pipeline of prospects, increasing sales revenue, and expanding the member base. A personable and approachable nature is critical, as our service and sales team need to uphold high standards. You must enjoy being hands-on and leading from the front. Effective communication, sales drive, and strong customer service orientation are essential for success.

What are we looking for?
