Covent Garden, London (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

I am working with an exciting Digital Performance Agency that is looking to expand its UK offering. They are seeking a commercial-minded Sales Manager to drive new business, build their pipeline, and establish the agency's presence in the market.

What you'll do

  • Own the UK growth strategy and lead new business development
  • Identify, pursue, and convert prospects across digital & social campaigns
  • Develop referral networks and partner relationships
  • Lead discovery calls, track leads, and qualify opportunities
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for conversion
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Represent the agency at industry events

You bring

4+ years in a digital or social-first agency
Proven experience in new business development and growth
Strong network, client-first mindset, and excellent communication skills
Deep understanding of digital & social media (paid, earned, owned)
Energy, ideas, and an entrepreneurial mindset

Nice to have

  • Go-to-market experience (website, socials, marketing assets)
  • Collaboration skills across digital, PR, and creative teams
  • Ability to mentor others on digital & social media knowledge
