The Location!
HQ Aparthotel Farnborough is centrally located in Farnborough Town Centre, offering 72 studio and one-bedroom apartments for short or long-term stays. It’s close to Legoland, Ascot Racecourse, and other attractions.
Farnborough hosts Farnborough International Airport, a hub for private aircraft, and the Farnborough Exhibition Centre, which hosts events throughout the year.
The area is home to major companies, with a fast train to Central London taking 38 minutes.
The Role!
This role contributes to Cycas Hospitality's vision, goals, and values, focusing on maximizing revenue and performance across the property.
The Sales Manager works closely with the Hotel Manager to develop sales strategies in key market segments, supporting revenue objectives.
The Sales Manager is responsible for working towards sales targets, networking with corporate clients, TMCs, extended stay agents, local associations, and networking groups. They will observe market trends and monitor competitors.
Additionally, the Sales Manager manages key accounts, oversees contracted accounts across multiple segments, and promotes a sales-driven culture on the property.
