My client is a well-established and successful estate agency company with offices across the country and is seeking an experienced Sales Manager based in their Stanmore branch.

The client has a reputation for being forward-thinking. This role would suit an ambitious individual with a polished and professional approach to problem-solving. This is a great opportunity to join an agency which offers a structured progression path up to regional management.

Working Days of a Sales Manager:

  • Monday to Friday 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturdays 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Alternate)

In return, our clients are offering the successful Sales Manager:

  • £43,000 Basic (Depending on Experience)
  • Ongoing training/Support

Key duties of a Sales Manager will include the following, but will not be limited to:

  • Oversee the management of the branch
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the branch
  • Maximise income, profit, and revenue growth
  • Develop long-standing relationships with clients
  • Manage employee performance through reviews, meetings, and 121’s
  • Successfully list a targeted number of properties
  • Increase revenue and profitability through achieving business and personal targets

The requirements of a Sales Manager will include the following:

  • Full UK Driver’s license & vehicle
  • Legal right to work in the UK
  • Previous managerial experience in property
  • Proven track record of achievement
  • High standards of presentation and service
  • Proactive and positive approach to business generation
  • Results-driven, hardworking, and focused
  • Excellent rapport-building and customer service skills
  • Motivated to exceed targets
  • Ability to use initiative to increase market growth
  • Ability to listen to customers and meet their needs when buying and selling properties
