Kimal is a UK-based medical device company, founded in 1964, and a global provider of innovative, high-quality customised procedure packs and vascular access devices. With manufacturing facilities in the UK and Egypt and commercial operations in over 70 countries, Kimal is a trusted partner to healthcare professionals in cardiology, radiology, cardiac surgery, and nephrology.

As a Sales Manager for the North-East of France, you will be responsible for promoting and developing Kimal's portfolio across your territory to meet ambitious commercial targets. You'll drive growth by identifying new opportunities, managing existing accounts, and leading tender processes with a strong clinical and technical understanding of the healthcare environment.

You will report directly to the Sales Director France and act as the key regional representative of Kimal's values and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and protect the Kimal portfolio within your territory to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through regular visits to hospitals and healthcare facilities.
  • Support current users to maintain trust and satisfaction in Kimal's solutions.
  • Lead and manage the full tender process, including preparation, analysis, technical file creation, and pricing strategies.
  • Support clinical trials and on-site evaluations.
  • Prepare tailored kits using Kimal's internal design tools.
  • Regularly analyse sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

Products You'll Represent

  • Custom Packs: Designed primarily for interventional cardiology and radiology, with scope to expand into vascular surgery, ophthalmology, and more.
  • Vascular Access Devices: Including PICC lines, Midlines, haemodialysis catheters, and central venous catheters - an exciting area of growth for Kimal in France.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sterile medical device sales, ideally within the public/private hospital sector.
  • Strong knowledge of public procurement and hospital tendering processes.
  • Experience working in operating theatres and intensive care environments is essential.
  • Computer literate, with the ability to manage product configuration and sales data systems.

Skills & Attributes

  • Autonomous and highly organised with excellent planning and prioritisation skills.
  • Commercially driven and results-oriented.
  • Able to adapt your approach to varied stakeholders, from procurement officers to clinical teams.
  • Comfortable with regular travel and overnight stays (approx. 2 nights per week).
  • Holds a valid Category B driving licence.
  • Fluent in French; English is essential for internal communication.
