VANRATH has partnered with a global car dealership and manufacturer. The organization is recruiting for a Sales Manager position to cover the Commercial Vehicle team. The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager.

The ideal candidate will have proven Sales Manager experience and will lead a team to meet and exceed all relevant KPIs, providing effective financial solutions for a range of customers by supporting and developing Business Managers. You will maximize opportunities in new and used car sales and support products across the CMA.

Location

Mallusk, Newtownabbey

Salary

Negotiable basic + OTE earnings + Company Car + industry-leading benefits, company pension scheme, 30 days holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on new and used CV sales
  • Maximize opportunities to provide value-added sales for customers
  • Help the Sales team maximize profitability on all new vehicle and associated sales opportunities
  • Provide a positive impression to the diverse customer base, delivering excellent customer service in line with company standards
  • Identify and meet customer needs through relationship building, resolving issues, and delivering an exceptional experience
  • Work professionally and ethically to build long-term profitable relationships
  • Demonstrate and communicate exceptional product knowledge effectively
  • Grow and develop the Sales team aligned with the company ethos

The Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 2 years of management experience in the motor trade
  • Experience in franchised car dealerships
  • Ability to coach and develop individuals and teams
  • Full UK driving license
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven success in delivering finance and insurance income within the sector
