Snappy Shopper is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive retailer engagement across the Midlands. This role involves identifying and recruiting top-tier retailers, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. Snappy Shopper is the market leader in the growing Q-commerce convenience grocery sector, worth £41b in the UK. In addition to our independent retailers, we serve most of the major convenience store players, including Spar, Nisa and Premier.
Snappy exists to enable local high street businesses to serve their customers online so that local communities thrive, and revenue stays local. Retailers have seen revenue uplifts of between £5k and £120k per month, making the platform mission critical to local business.
Our location
We’re a Scottish start-up with a dynamic team of 120 colleagues across the UK, with our Head Office based in Dundee. This is a field-based role focused on theMidlands area, so you’ll need to be comfortable with regular travel and ideally located within the region.

Our Sales team attracts and engages top-tier retailers to join the Snappy platform. We pride ourselves on understanding the needs of the sector and selecting retailers who will thrive on our platform, working closely with them to ensure their ongoing success.
About the Role
As a Sales Manager, your mission is to identify, engage, and recruit the best retailers across the Midlands to join Snappy Shopper. You’ll demonstrate the benefits of our platform and ensure it's a perfect fit for their business. You’ll be building strong, lasting relationships with potential clients and guiding them through the onboarding process.This role offers a competitive salary with car allowance.
