This Role
Sales and Account Management
  • Achieve sales and margin targets for the branch.
  • Manage pricing policies in collaboration with the Branch Manager.
  • Monitor market prices and develop strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and review the branch Sales Development Plan to boost sales and margins.
  • Address poor sales performance proactively with the Branch Manager.
  • Support and maintain branch accounts.
  • Organize regular supplier and product training sessions.
  • Review ledgers regularly with sales staff and implement actions to increase customer spend.
  • Manage key accounts and seek new opportunities.
