What will you be doing?

• Lead, manage, and motivate the Parts Sales Executive Team to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Monitor sales performance against KPIs and take corrective action as needed
• Plan and implement promotional activities and campaigns with the Centre Manager
• Maintain product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide support
• Motivate the team through incentive schemes and rewards
• Ensure excellent customer service via the team
• Monitor delivery schedules to maintain service levels
• Conduct business with integrity and professionalism
• Ensure proper use of business systems
• Ensure compliance with standards, financial, legal, warranty, and ethical guidelines
