Malmaison, one of our boutique properties, blends elegance and comfort.
As Sales Manager, you will build and develop strong relationships with our clients. By managing client accounts, revenue generation, local PR, and marketing, you will be the face and voice of the brand.
You will be responsible for managing both external and internal sales functions, generating new business, and maintaining existing account revenues. Collaboration with other Heads of Department and the General Manager on promotions, events, and guest relations is essential.
Passion for sales, excellent communication skills, teamwork, and enthusiasm are must-haves. Experience in hospitality is beneficial, but a genuine passion for delivering service with a smile is crucial for sales managers.
