Sales Manager| Luxury Packaging | UK | £100k OTE

Working closely with a leading provider of high-end, bespoke packaging solutions for some of the world's most prestigious brands in sectors such as fragrance, spirits, cosmetics, and fine foods. Work for a company who’s reputation is built on outstanding craftsmanship, innovative design and exceptional customer service. As they continue their ambitious growth trajectory, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead the UK sales efforts and drive success to the next level.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and engaging with new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with key clients and managing a portfolio of existing accounts
  • Leading a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and ensuring targets are met and exceeded
  • Collaborating with the design and production teams to deliver bespoke packaging solutions that meet client expectations and project goals
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand market share and customer base across the UK
  • Negotiating and closing high-value deals, ensuring profitable growth and client satisfaction

Key attributes required:

  • Industry knowledge of packaging materials, print techniques, and manufacturing processes
  • A proven track record of success in a senior sales role within the packaging industry, with a focus on luxury, high-end products
  • Strong leadership skills and a history of building, coaching and motivating a successful sales team
