Your role

To be a successful Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritize outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets.   • Support the store management team across all product areas, including back of house and store operations when needed.
  • Manage a team to deliver excellent service, accurate stock processes, and maintain a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment where targets are met.
  • Create an atmosphere that supports, motivates, and inspires your team to perform at their best.
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach by working alongside your team in all commercial and operational activities.
  • Ensure communication remains up-to-date and accurate to meet business needs.
