37.50hrs p/w; Sun 10:00 - 17:00; Tue 11:45 - 20:00; Wed 09:00 - 17:15; Thu 09:00 - 17:15; Fri 11:45 - 20:00

To be a successful Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritize outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets. Every day will be varied, fast-paced, challenging but ultimately rewarding. About the Role
  • Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house, and store operations when needed.
  • Manage a team to deliver excellent service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe environment where targets are met.
  • Create an atmosphere supporting, motivating, and inspiring your team to excel.
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team.
  • Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate to meet business needs.
About You
  • You are passionate about customers, people, and products, inspiring and motivating others, creating a positive team environment.
  • You have exceptional commercial understanding to create a great shopping experience.
  • You work well in results-driven, fast-paced environments, adapting quickly and bringing the team along with new objectives.

  • You are confident with people issues and can multitask effectively.
