The Role

Drive UK business.

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial UK Sales Manager to lead our expansion in the United Kingdom. This role is pivotal, with 70% of your focus on driving sales and 30% dedicated to coordinating customer success and technical on-site support. You will also serve as the right hand of the Directors, playing a key role in implementing the UK growth strategy. Your mission is to introduce our cutting-edge solutions to the UK market, foster relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution of our services.

Key Responsibilities

What will you do.

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to establish and grow Smartsite’s presence in the UK.
  • Build and nurture relationships with contractors, project managers, and industry leaders.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our innovative products, tailoring solutions to client needs.
  • Achieve sales targets and identify opportunities to position Smartsite as a leader in the UK market.

Customer Success & Technical Coordination (30%)

  • Collaborate with customers to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of our solutions.
  • Work closely with technical teams to address client needs and ensure optimal performance of our products.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback from clients and the market to internal teams, aligning with product development and strategy.

Strategic Growth Partner

  • Support the International Directors in executing the UK growth strategy.
  • Provide insights, recommendations, and on-the-ground expertise to inform decision-making.
  • Represent Smartsite at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
