Job summary

NEXT is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and inspire a store team, delivering outstanding customer service and achieving performance targets. You will support the store management across product areas and back of house, ensuring accurate stock processes in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

You will coach and motivate colleagues, create a positive shop floor culture, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver a great shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching and motivating a team to deliver great service.
• Strong commercial understanding with ability to create a great shopping experience.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work with people at all levels.
• Capable of multi-tasking and planning workload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house and running the store when needed
• Manage a team to deliver amazing service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient environment
• Create an atmosphere that motivates and inspires the team to be at their best
• Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities
• Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate to meet business needs
