Sales Manager (Large Format & Signage)
Location: Hampshire
Salary: Open DOE uncapped commission (realistic OTE £55K–£65K)
Type: Full-time, Permanent

It’s now on the hunt for a Sales Manager – though let’s be clear, this is a pure New Business Sales role, focused on Large Format and Signage, especially in the exhibition and events space. If you’re looking for a company with energy, personality, and zero corporate nonsense – read on.

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Selling Large Format and Signage services
  2. Mining a goldmine of data: brand new leads, lapsed clients, and everything in between.
  3. Developing your own pipeline and building lasting client relationships.
  4. Working closely with the team that includes Account Manager, Estimators, Designers and Production to deliver top-tier solutions.
  5. Being based on-site, like the rest of us – we’re a face-to-face, sleeves-up kind of crew.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Someone with fire in the belly – you might be an Account Manager ready to step up, or even someone in production with the right attitude and people skills.
  2. Industry experience helps (especially in large format/signage)
  3. A great character, a natural hunter, relationship-builder, and closer – no fluff, no faff.
  4. Someone who gets the value of margin – commission is based on GP, so the smarter you sell, the more you earn.
