Job Title: Sales Manager

To be a successful Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritize outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets. Your day-to-day activities will be varied, fast-paced, challenging, but ultimately rewarding. About the Role:
  • Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house, and run the store when needed.
  • Manage a team to deliver excellent service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment where targets are met.
  • Create an atmosphere that supports, motivates, and inspires your team to perform at their best.
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team.
  • Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate at all times to meet business needs.
