Sales Manager – Islington, N1

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to join a friendly and well-known Estate Agency based in Islington, N1. As a Sales Manager, you will lead the sales team, be accountable for their individual targets, and ensure the overall office targets are exceeded.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Maximising revenues and growing the property register.
  2. Utilising the company's technology to generate and develop new business.
  3. Carrying out market appraisals and winning new instructions within the local marketplace.
  4. Acting as an industry expert to clients, applicants, and colleagues, including cross-selling of other services.
  5. Developing and executing clear management strategies.
  6. Managing a team of negotiators and ensuring targets are exceeded.
  7. Overseeing the company’s sales pipeline and ensuring properties progress to change of contracts.

The successful applicant will need to possess the following skills:

  1. A desire to play a core role in significantly scaling the business.
  2. A proven track record in Estate Agency.
  3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
  4. Enjoy working in a team environment.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills.
  6. A desire to progress and challenge yourself continually.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  8. Minimum of 3 years Estate Agency experience.
  9. Minimum of 1 year experience at management level.
  10. ARLA or NAEA qualification would be an advantage.

This Sales Manager position offers a fantastic opportunity with long-term career prospects.

The hours will be: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm; Saturdays, 9am - 5pm, with a day off in the week.

Salary range: £35,000 per annum basic, with an OTE of around £70,000 per annum.
