What You Will Do

The Production Systems Service Sales Manager role offers an exciting opportunity within Johnson Controls to focus on service growth in wellhead systems and hydraulic process control equipment. Reporting to the Service Sales Manager UK and part of the Global Marine & Offshore Service business, you will aim to expand our equipment servicing and product supply both in the UK and internationally.

You will work closely with our UK operations team and play a key role in executing sales growth initiatives.

How You Will Do It

You will execute your Go-To-Market strategy in existing markets, utilizing enterprise tools and value selling techniques to achieve targeted growth. You will adapt your sales strategies based on market insights, ensure adoption of company systems, and leverage industry networking tools to identify opportunities. Salesforce.com will be your primary CRM tool, supported by marketing campaigns tailored to your growth objectives.

What We Look For
Required
  • Understanding of the UK Oil/Gas/Renewables market

  • Experience working with Oil & Gas operators and EPCs
  • Proven success in new business development and sales roles
  • Experience in service or contract-based sales
  • Strong client relationship management and forecasting skills
  • Field sales experience and relationship selling expertise
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills and full UK driving license
Preferred
  • Track record in selling technical solutions in Oil, Gas & Marine markets
  • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM and working within matrix organizations
