What You Will Do

The role of Production Systems Service Sales Manager offers an exciting opportunity within Johnson Controls to focus on service growth in wellhead systems and hydraulic process control equipment. Reporting to the Service Sales Manager UK and part of the Global Marine & Offshore Service division, you will aim to expand the equipment servicing and product supply base in the UK and internationally.

You will work closely with our UK operations team and play a key role in executing sales growth initiatives.

How You Will Do It

You will execute your Go-To-Market strategy, using enterprise tools and value selling concepts to achieve growth. You will adapt strategies based on market insights, ensure system and process adoption, and leverage industry networking tools for opportunities. Salesforce.com will be your CRM platform, supported by marketing campaigns tailored to your growth objectives.

To Be Successful in This Role You Will

  • Develop business strategies to enhance sales in target markets
  • Identify and grow existing accounts and pursue new opportunities
  • Monitor competitor activities
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Maintain a sales pipeline to meet installation orders
  • Manage leads and sales performance via Salesforce
  • Participate in Oil & Gas growth initiatives and cross-selling
  • Continuously seek process improvements
  • Manage bids effectively

What We Look For

Required
  • Knowledge of UK Oil/Gas/Renewables markets
  • Understanding of Production Systems and Hydraulic Equipment (training available)
  • Experience with Oil & Gas customers, operators, and EPCs
  • Proven sales development record in business development or field sales roles
  • Experience in service or contract sales
  • Strong client relationship and forecasting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid UK Driving License
Preferred
  • Track record of selling technical solutions in Oil, Gas & Marine markets
  • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM and large organizational structures
  • Ability to present to senior management
  • Autonomous and proactive team player
  • Resourceful and customer-focused
  • Results-oriented with proven success
