About the Role
We are seeking a talented YORK HVAC Applied Sales Manager/Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team during an exciting period of growth. This role is pivotal in driving sales of YORK HVAC Applied equipment—such as chillers, heat pumps, air handling units, and more—within the Commercial and Mid-Market segments via distributors, HVAC installers, and MEC contractors.
Reporting to the YORK HVAC Regional Sales Manager, you will focus on building strong customer relationships and expanding YORK’s market presence while helping customers achieve their sustainability and operational goals.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute the YORK sales strategy to meet individual and team targets.
Foster trust-based relationships with YORK channel partners while identifying and onboarding new distributors to expand the YORK brand.
Utilize CRM tools to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide business and technical solutions, offer pricing assistance, deliver product training, and support marketing initiatives.
Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitive products, and growth opportunities.
Monitor sales performance and report results regularly.
What We Look For
We are searching for a driven and results-oriented professional with:
A proven track record in HVAC equipment sales, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in specifying, designing, or selling applied solutions (e.g., chillers, heat pumps, air handling units).
Strong ability to support and train distributors to achieve mutual growth.
Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
English language skills (advantageous but not essential).
