Hours: 18hrs p/w; Mon 09:00 - 15:00; Tue 09:00 - 13:00; Wed 09:00 - 15:00; Fri 09:00 - 12:00

Role Overview

To be a successful Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets. Every day will be varied, fast-paced, challenging but ultimately rewarding. Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house and running the store when needed
  • Manage a team to deliver excellent service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment where targets are met
  • Create an atmosphere supporting, motivating, and inspiring your team to excel
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team
  • Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate to meet business needs

  • You possess exceptional commercial understanding to create a great shopping experience
  • You are a results-driven team player who adapts quickly to change
