SALES
  • Deliver budgeted sales.
  • Create a customer-centric culture by reviewing our service proposition to exceed customer expectations and strive to be market leaders.
  • Maintain relationships with Host Store and other concessions.
  • Take initiative to improve the business.
  • Review brand performance to enhance commercial decisions.
  • Contribute to department development aligned with consumer demands and business opportunities.
  • Plan staff schedules to ensure maximum floor coverage aligned with core hours.
  • Ensure high standards of staff presentation and adherence to model store guidelines.
SERVICE
  • Create a customer-centric environment. Train and develop the team to build client relationships.
  • Monitor test shop results, CRM, and develop service action plans.
  • Establish a client-focused mindset to ensure excellent client experiences and manage client books.
PEOPLE
  • Recruit new team members following company policy.
  • Communicate policies and procedures effectively.
  • Invest in team development.
  • Maintain positive relationships with co-workers and management.
  • Promote positivity and teamwork daily.
  • Manage KPIs through performance reviews and leadership.
OPERATIONS
  • Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure daily hygiene standards and opening/closing procedures are followed.
  • Understand back-of-house standards, including stock room management.
KPIs
  • Meet sales targets.
  • Achieve store and company productivity targets.
  • Maintain retention and labor turnover targets.
  • Contribute to payroll targets.
  • Maintain audit accuracy within +/- 0.3%.
  • Achieve client book sales of 10% or higher.
Requirements
  • Currently hold a Senior Manager position in a high-turnover business.
  • Experience managing large teams.
  • Experience with P&L accountability and driving profitability.
  • Proven ability to enhance performance through people management.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Background in luxury fashion-forward footwear, accessories, or fashion brands; luxury experience preferred.
  • Represent our luxury/fashion-forward brand professionally.
