What will you be doing?

  • Drive new business growth by identifying and closing sales opportunities with shipowners and ship managers globally.

  • Leveraging expertise from large SaaS organisations to implement 'what good looks like' across the team and processes.
  • Personally driving and closing high-value deals (ACVs ranging from $50K to $2M+), acting as a player/coach.
  • Developing and executing creative strategies to scale the business across international markets.
  • Travelling globally to meet clients, expand relationships, and align the sales team with international goals.

Are you the ideal candidate?

  • Proven sales expertise from a large SaaS company, with additional experience in a vertical software business at the $5-50M ARR range.
  • A proven history of driving success and delivering results with shipowners and managers worldwide in the maritime industry.
  • Confident and comfortable with high-value ACVs and complex deal cycles.
  • MBA or business degree preferred but not essential.
