Sales Manager – FTTx
Base Salary: 65–75k

The opportunity:
As a Sales Manager, this is your chance to own and build out the Fibre optic sales unit for this telecom's equipment procurement specialist.
The distributor has already established themselves as a key partner to the Internet Service Providers in the UK and has major agreements in place with global network infrastructure product suppliers, putting them in an advantaged position to offer exclusive products at market-leading prices.
You will be backed by owners and founders who have excellent reputations in the ISP market and have built a brand name for dependable and reliable service, along with a back office team of BDMs, Customer Success, Marketing, Graphic Designers, and Copywriters who will help you achieve your goals.
This is a great opportunity to lead a business unit from the front and, in time, build your team how you see fit.
This is a role for a hunter whose passion is for sales and building sales strategies, going to market, and opening doors.
You will have a strong background in FTTx, FTTP, Fibre, Fibre Optics, and Telecoms sales.
You will need to be in Brighton regularly to begin with, and once processes and strategies are established, flexibility will be there to work hybrid and deliver.
