Overview

Sales Manager - Frozen Bakery

Backed by investments and partnerships with some of the world’s largest bakery manufacturers, this London based company is experiencing a substantial period of growth.

By growing the UK division of their frozen bakery product range, this would be a great opportunity for someone to join them on their expansive journey.

Reporting directly to the group CEO, the Sales Manager’s main responsibility will be to introduce the company’s products to the foodservice and retail channels in the UK and grow sales to a substantial level.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver agreed business plan targets.
  • Build and establish UK sales and contracts.
  • Negotiate and agree terms to maximise profitable sales growth and exceed targets.
  • Use shopper insights and trends to influence buying decisions, strengthen customer partnerships, and drive brand visibility.
  • Ensure strong execution of promotions and product launches, improving on-shelf availability, product presence and overall performance.
About You

The successful candidate shall have a regional or national sales background, with proven results in gaining and retaining clients in both the retail and foodservice sectors.

Details

The Sales Manager job (ref:8963) is paying between £50,000 to £60,000 per annum according to your experience.

The package includes a company car or car allowance and commission. This is a homebased role, based in the UK, requiring nationwide travel.
