Sales
  • Deliver budgeted sales.
  • Create a customer-centric culture by reviewing our service to exceed customer expectations and strive to be market leaders.
  • Maintain relationships with Host Store and other concessions.
  • Take initiative to improve the business.
  • Review brand performance to enhance commercial decisions.
  • Plan staff scheduling to ensure maximum floor coverage.
  • Uphold high standards of staff presentation and adhere to store guidelines.
Service
  • Create a customer-centric environment. Train and develop the team to build new relationships and maintain existing ones.
  • Monitor test shop results, CRM, and develop service action plans.
  • Ensure the team maintains a high client focus and manages client books effectively.
People
  • Recruit new team members in collaboration with GM, following Kurt Geiger policy.
  • Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Develop team skills and performance.
  • Maintain positive relationships with co-workers and management.
  • Promote a positive team environment.
  • Set KPIs and review performance regularly.
Operations
  • Follow company policies and ensure understanding among staff.
  • Manage daily hygiene and opening/closing standards.
  • Understand back-of-house operations and stock management.
KPIs
  • Meet sales targets.
  • Achieve store and company sales, mystery shopper, and productivity goals.
  • Meet retention and labor turnover targets.
  • Contribute to payroll and audit standards.
  • Exceed client book sales targets.
Candidate Profile
  • Currently a Senior Manager in a high-turnover business.
