The Role:
In this brand-new Sales Manager position you will be representing an award-winning portfolio of FinTech/ Financial Software solutions around Tax, Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) technology, along with Legal, Risk and Compliance Software, all aimed at enterprise clients in a variety of industry sectors.

You will be managing a pan-European team of circa 5 Corporate Account Managers/ Account Executives, all corporate-level, 360’ sales professionals closing deal sizes in the region of £50-250k ARR.

The Candidate:
Ideally, we require Sales Manager candidates with a demonstrable track record in the FinTech or Financial Software arena who have experience managing similar sized sales teams of both new business and account management disciplines.

You must be driven and self-motivated, with the ability to follow a structured and consultative sales cycle as this company is a global market leader and their clients expect a high-quality level of service and support.

The Package:
Package is ultimately negotiable for a Sales Manager, however initial indications are in the region of £85,000 basic salary + Uncapped Commission generating a Year 1 OTE of circa £150k. You will also receive an award-winning benefits package, quality training and coaching, a dynamic company culture that really values its people and a flexible working environment.
