About the Role

The TPS Sales Manager, reporting to the Centre Manager, is responsible for managing and motivating the Parts Sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets, while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

  1. Lead, manage, and motivate the Parts Sales Executive Team to meet sales goals.
  2. Monitor sales performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
  3. Plan and execute promotional activities with support from the Centre Manager.
  4. Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about competitor activity.
  5. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide developmental feedback.
  6. Implement motivational incentive schemes.
  7. Provide excellent customer service through the team.
  8. Monitor delivery schedules to ensure service levels.
  9. Maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism in business conduct.
  10. Ensure proper use of business systems and compliance with standards and guidelines.
