Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Must Have

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate/B.Tech/BE/ME - preferably in Chemical/Materials/Process Engineering.
  • 7–10 years in Sales and Business Development with strong exposure to the battery value chain and the EV industry.
  • Recent experience must be in EV Battery.

  • Benchmark market and customer needs to inform new product introductions.
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of EV and battery-related clients, including OEMs, cell manufacturers, and pack integrators.
  • Establish segment-specific strategies for market adoption.
  • Leverage in-depth EV industry knowledge to pinpoint business opportunities.
  • Act as the strategic link between R&D, product teams, and clients, ensuring a seamless information flow and exchange of feedback.
  • Facilitate productive partner meetings and establish strong business relationships.
  • Showcase innovative solutions to position the company as a thought leader through industry forums, roadshows, tradeshows, conferences, and exhibitions.
