The Role

As a Nested Area Partner, you will manage your local strategy, marketing, and working hours, directly influencing your earnings. This role allows you to grow your own estate agency in your familiar area—handling prospecting, valuation, and negotiations.

You'll benefit from Nested’s marketing support, whether sponsoring local events or advertising in community outlets. You will run your own local advertising campaigns with support from our marketing team.

You will manage client relationships from start to finish, acting as the primary contact during their Nested journey, supported by a smart app and in-house team.

The compensation structure is designed to reward your effort fairly, starting at 75% of revenue and increasing to 100%, enabling you to maximize your earnings.

This comprehensive role offers the freedom to operate your estate agency your way, backed by Nested’s brand, products, and services.

Requirements
  • 5-10 years of top-tier experience in residential property valuation, business development, sales, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strategic understanding of marketing budgets, lead generation, and local valuation activities.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic. Self-employment requires proactive effort; if clients don’t sell, you don’t earn.
  • Deep knowledge of your local area, including amenities, schools, and hotspots.
  • Alignment with Nested’s values and a customer-centric approach, committed to delivering excellent outcomes and experiences.
  • Social media skills are a bonus; enthusiasm for building your personal brand and engaging with the community is expected.
