The Role

As a Nested Area Partner, you will manage your local strategy, marketing, and hours, effectively running your own estate agency in your area. You will be supported by Nested’s marketing team and tools, managing client relationships from start to finish and earning a fair commission structure starting at 75% of revenue, increasing up to 100%.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of top estate agency experience valuing properties, winning business, and delighting clients.
• Strong understanding of marketing budgets, lead generation, and local market knowledge.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive attitude, and passion for real estate.
• Deep familiarity with the local area, amenities, and hotspots.
• Alignment with Nested’s values and customer-centric approach.
• Social media skills are a plus but not essential.
• Financial support of £15,000 during initial pipeline building phase.
• Access to a market-leading customer app for property insights and client communication.
• Flexible working environment and support for career development.
