The Role

As a Nested Area Partner, you’ll manage your local strategy, marketing, and hours — and, consequently, your income. You’ll have the autonomy to grow your estate agency in your area, from prospecting to negotiating.

Nested supports your marketing efforts, whether sponsoring local events or advertising in newspapers. You’ll run your own local campaigns with support from our marketing team.

You’ll manage client relationships from start to finish, acting as their main point of contact. You’ll have access to a smart selling app and in-house support.

Our commission structure starts at 75% of revenue and can increase to 100%, rewarding your hard work and skill.

This role allows you to operate estate agency your way, backed by Nested’s brand, products, and services.

Requirements

• Top-tier estate agent with 5-10 years of experience in valuing properties, winning business, and customer service.
• Strategic thinker with experience managing marketing budgets and lead generation.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong work ethic and proactive attitude.
• Deep knowledge of your local area, including amenities and hotspots.
• Alignment with Nested’s values and a customer-centric approach.
• Social media skills are a bonus; enthusiasm for building your personal brand is expected.
