Sales Manager, Estate Agency - Cleckheaton - Up to £30,000 basic PLUS Bonus

This Estate Agency are a trusted, family run agency with decades of experience within the Bradford, Kirklees and Calderdale regions. They really know their market and their community because they are very much part of it!

They are now seeking a New Sales Manager to run the sales function and the general day to day operations in the office.

If you have experience in residential property and management and looking for an employer who truly value and take care of their team, and offer progression and development opportunities then this could be the ideal position for you!

What you will be responsible for
  • Overall responsibility for the day to day running of the sales office
  • First point of contact for clients and directors, including complaints.
  • Be organized and have processes and procedures in place.
  • Embrace targets and push hard to achieve and exceed them.
  • Lead by example and set the right tone for the office and support/encourage/develop team members.
  • Oversee and get involved when needed with efficient pipeline turn and complex sales progression, and difficult negotiations.
  • Update the team about company meetings and new procedures from company directors.
