Role Overview

As a Nested Area Partner, you will manage your local strategy, marketing, and hours, enabling you to grow your own estate agency business in a familiar area. You will be supported by Nested’s marketing team for local advertising efforts and will manage client relationships from start to finish using our smart app and support team. The role offers a commission structure starting at 75% of revenue, increasing up to 100%, rewarding your effort and skill.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of top-tier experience in residential property valuation, business development, sales, and customer service.
• Strong understanding of marketing budgets, lead generation, and local valuation strategies.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive attitude, and high work ethic; self-employment involves risk and reward.
• Deep knowledge of the local area, including amenities, schools, and hotspots.
• Alignment with Nested's values and a customer-focused approach.
• Social media skills are a bonus; enthusiasm for personal branding and community engagement is expected.
