The Role

As a Nested Area Partner, you'll manage your local strategy, marketing, and working hours — directly influencing your earnings. This role allows you to grow your own estate agency in your familiar area, from prospecting to negotiations.

You'll be supported by Nested’s marketing team for activities like doorknocking, direct mail, flyering, or local advertising. You will handle client relationships from start to finish, supported by our smart app and in-house team.

The compensation structure is designed to reward your efforts fairly, starting at 75% revenue share, increasing up to 100% as you grow.

Requirements
  • 5-10 years of top industry experience in residential valuation, sales, and client satisfaction, specifically in Canterbury.
  • Strong marketing strategy skills and the ability to generate leads and build a local valuation pipeline.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and high work ethic; self-employment requires proactive effort and passion.
  • Deep knowledge of the local area, amenities, schools, and hotspots.
  • Alignment with Nested’s values and a customer-centric approach.
  • Social media skills are a plus; enthusiasm for personal branding and community engagement is expected.
