Job Profile

Fabulous opportunity at our Your Move branch in Ashford as we are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager on a full‑time permanent basis.

This branch is part of National Home Move, a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

As a Sales Manager we are proud to offer

As a Sales Manager your role will be to focus on the day‑to‑day running of the sales team, ensuring all business objectives are achieved. You will provide effective leadership, maximise opportunities, optimise profitability and continue delivering outstanding customer service. A pro‑active approach will help you navigate changes and challenges in the marketplace, increase profitability and market share, and ultimately drive the branch to high‑street market leader status.

You will have excellent people‑management and leadership skills, acting as a role model for the team. Effective delegation and time management will enable you to achieve these objectives to a high standard.

Previous experience in an estate‑agency setting as a senior negotiator or current manager is desirable, and you should be driven to make a lasting impact in the branch's success story.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence

• Minimum of 2–3 years' managerial experience in sales, preferably within the estate agency, finance or home care sector.
