A global manufacturer in the Wrexham area is currently looking to recruit for a Sales Manager. The business is a leader within its specialised field and undergoing great progress in the market. They are looking to bring on a Sales Manager to take them into the next stage of their growth. You will be responsible for increasing the sales both in the UK and overseas. The main focus is to provide Project Management, Commercial Sales Support and Customer Relationship Management to ensure the sales process runs efficiently.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop customer base by introducing new customers.
• Develop and implement sales administration procedures – including a CRM system, and sales follow up calls.
• Responding to customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Responsible for all aspects of customer service – managing and implementing continuous improvement.
• Manage Sales accounts on a day to day basis and visit clients / prospects as and when required.
• Production of sales report information, including Sales Forecasts.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Previous commercial sales office experience
• Ability to use, develop, and manage day to day reporting.
• Engineering experience would be a massive benefit as the products and services sold are electronic / electromechanical.
