Mind Partners is an executive search firm with offices in London and Paris. We specialise in retained headhunting for executives, senior management, and experts. We are now partnering with ISEO to appoint their Sales Manager for End Users, based in the UK.

ISEO is a leading group in the design and manufacture of locking systems and access control solutions, reaching customers in more than one hundred countries and having five manufacturing sites in Europe. The company was founded in 1969 in Pisogne (Italy).

It combines entrepreneurial spirit with the challenges of the global market. In the UK, ISEO focuses on three segments: Sofia locks (Proptech), End-Users, and trade and OEM.

We are looking for an End Users Sales Manager for the UK to join an established and successful team.

The role focuses on growing and developing the End Users segment (90% utilities and 10% Sofia locks).

Position Summary:

The End Users Sales Manager is responsible for leading, directing, and motivating the sales team to achieve sales and bottom-up objectives. You will execute ISEO strategy considering local market trends and opportunities to promote market share growth. The position reports directly to the Market Leader UK/Ireland & North America. You will manage a team of Key Account Managers and a Project Manager.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Managing the sales team to meet targets and implement key initiatives.
  • Managing stakeholders and utilizing resources to achieve objectives.
  • Implementing go-to-market strategies to maximize sales and channel efficiency.
  • Achieving turnover, margin, and sales productivity targets.
  • Driving sales team involvement and fostering a culture of responsibility.
  • Building sales skills for sustainable performance.
  • Managing competitor analysis and market understanding.
  • Ensuring communication between stakeholders and headquarters.
  • Managing monthly reporting of results.

Main activities include:

  • Managing customer offer performance.
  • Managing a team of KAM and Project Managers.
  • Establishing partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  • Driving brand positioning.
  • Implementing strategic plans for the area.

In terms of management systems, you must support and promote ISEO's sustainability values, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and normative standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma and/or degree (bachelor's or equivalent).
  • Management skills, planning, goal orientation, decision-making, conflict management.
  • Experience with specification sales cycle and tenders management.
  • Proficiency with management systems.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Systemic thinking, problem-solving, social intelligence, agility, and innovative thinking.
