EMEA Sales Manager/Director - Wireless Connectivity - EMEA

A leading IC Design company producing highly integrated wireless products and mixed-signal SoCs for IoT applications and consumer devices is looking to hire a Sales Manager to accelerate their growth across EMEA.

This is a new position reporting to the VP of Sales, involving business development and account management. You will work closely with customers to secure design wins and manage revenue, as well as develop new business opportunities through the distribution network.

Suitable candidates will have a technical background and qualification in electronic engineering, with experience in connectivity/audio SoC sales across markets such as smart home, wireless audio, wearable, and healthcare.

This is a home-based role with travel across EMEA.

Requirements:
  • 4-8 years of sales or business development experience within the semiconductor/electronics industry
  • Degree in Electronics, Engineering, Physics, or related field
  • Knowledge of Wireless Connectivity technologies such as RF, Bluetooth, LoRa, WiFi, or Ultra-Wide-Band
  • Previous Field Application Engineering experience is highly beneficial
  • Experience supporting reps and distribution partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent English is required; additional languages are advantageous
  • Comfortable working remotely with regular travel across EMEA
