A cultural organization is seeking a Sales Manager to develop exhibition sales strategies and new revenue streams. The Sales Manager role is an opportunity for a motivated individual to join the company during a key moment as we look towards growing and expanding our activities. The Sales Manager will work closely with the Managing Director to help develop new revenue streams and cultivate commercial partnerships focused on, new business, developing and licensing our exhibition's programme internationally and creating hospitality packages targeted towards engaging brands and businesses with our events.
This is a new role which requires a creative thinker and a confident communicator who enjoys taking the initiative and working towards set targets and goals.

PURPOSE
The job holder will work with the Managing Director to plan and deliver successful sales strategies and new revenue streams that meet yearly targets and drive long term growth.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Develop and lead the exhibition sales strategy to meet overall business goals
Work with colleagues in Operations, Marketing and PR to develop overall and bespoke exhibition tour packs.
Undertake venue finding research and develop a strong network of potential tour partners and venues to develop a market for future touring exhibitions.
Track and report on the exhibition licensing process, pipeline, contract and fulfilment.
Administration of the end to end process liaising with team members and external suppliers as appropriate - including coordination with the Operations team
Be the key point of contact for all exhibition licensing contract negotiations and liaise with external partners and colleagues to deliver the product as agreed.
Create hospitality packages for our London exhibition and research new partners to reach out to and engage with our programme. Work with the operations team to deliver on partner events during the exhibition.
Contribute to the Marketing team's partnership research and strategy and pursue leads suggested by the team where relevant
Develop strong collaborative relationships with high level stakeholders and touring partners.
Organise collaborative meetings with touring partners to discuss and share key activities and outcomes and to develop and maintain key relationships.
Develop opportunities around tours, with colleagues, stakeholders and partners that increase revenue streams elevate the Creo brand.

PRACTICALITIES
The role is based in the company's London office - 9 Manchester Square, London, W1U 3PL.
We operate a hybrid model with Tue - Thu based in the office and Mon & Fri WFH.
Normal working hours are Mon - Fri, 9am-5pm.
You will report directly to the Managing Director.
Out of hours work at events and international travel will be required.
